P&C

The HWPS P&C's role is to work with the school, families and our community to provide resources to help enhance the school environment for our children. We all work together to see our children thrive.

The P&C's aim is to raise funds though generous donations from our families and local community, fundraising activities and grants to provide resources to the school. Some of these resources include equipment for the library and breakfast club, sports equipment, playgrounds and teaching or classroom resources.

Although we have an important role to fill, we also have a lot fun! Fundraising activities include the school disco, colour run, book fair, book club, dress up days and raffles. We also love holding events such our Mother's Day breakfast and Male Role Model's breakfast to get our school community together for a fun morning with the children while raising money for the school.

We advertise our P&C meeting dates in school newsletters and on our Facebook page, everyone is welcome to attend.
